- Wenn Ihr Produkt sich innerhalb der 2 jährigen Garantie befinden, bieten wir grundsätzlich einen kostenlosen Ersatzteilservice an. Fragen Sie diesen gern über das Ticketsystem oder via Mail an.
Produktaustausch
- Sollte Ihr Produkt nicht mit einem Ersatzteil (oder zu viel Aufwand) zu reparieren sein, tauschen wir Ihnen das Produkt gegen ein neues um.
  - Wichtig: Hierbei verlängert sich nicht die Garantie auf weitere 2 Jahre. Die Garantie beträgt weiterhin 2 Jahre ab Kaufdatum des ursprünglichen Produkts.

Hier bieten wir unseren Ersatzteilshop an.
- In diesem finden Sie alle einzelnen Bauteile für unsere Gaming Chairs und vereinzelt auch Ersatzteile für bspw. die Gram SE und die Gram Spectrum.
Sollte Ihr Produkt nicht mit einem Ersatzteil aus unserem Shop zu reparieren sein, melden Sie sich gerne dennoch bei uns! Wir sind stets bemüht dem Kunden eine gute und zufriedenstellende Lösung zu bieten.

Free of charge sparepart service
- If your product is within the 2 year warranty period, we offer a free of charge sparepart service. Please contact us via our ticket system or via mail.
Product replacement
- If your product can't be repaired with spareparts (or demans too much work), we will replace your product with a new one.
  - Important: The warranty will not extend to another 2 years. The warranty will still remain 2 years from invoice date of the original purchase.

In this case, we offer all spareparts in our sparepartshop.
- Here you can find all separate parts of all our chairs and partly spareparts for the Gram SE and Gram Spectrum.
If your product can't be repaired with a sparepart from our shop, please do not hesitate to contact us nonetheless. We are always eager to find a satisfying solution for our customers.
